He has a fused vertebrae in his neck. In all likelihood, if the Giants don't make the Superbowl, the announcement will be soon. If they do; he'll probably wait until after.

Peyton is with the Colts, and did not play this year. He's the one with the neck issues. Eli is with the Giants and has no health problems that I know of. ;)
