Honestly, my view on this
present both sides of the argument, and leave it up for the student to accept whatever they wish
(for the record, im not a creationist. more on the God driven evolution side of things)
Not really...evolution is science. Creationism is not. Science is not a religion.
Evolution is not derived from atheism.
Normally I want both sides of an issue to be presented. But in this case it would be just wrong. Because there is only one legitimate side that is science.
In a social studies class, it would be different.
