Bruins are having trouble scoring. Much better them than Philly.

Exactly my logic :D

I'm kind of up in the air about who Enroth should play against. While the Bruins are sucking it up this year it is a divisional game. I think if we play Miller against Boston then we have a pretty good chance of at least going 1-1 this weekend, while if we play Enroth against Boston we might end up 0-2.

I think if we can hold Boston or Philly to under 30 shots, we should win both games.

Boston is in a huge funk because of Lucic, and Krecji being injured.

Philly is doing better than them, but Gagne is out for them and others need to step it up for them also.

We can contain the Flyers I bet, keep their shot totals low and We've beaten Emery plenty of times already.

Isn't Savard also out for the Bruins, and Briere out for the Flyers?

I think Savard is playing, I'm not sure, but he may be out, and Briere is on IR last I knew at least.

Aye, Savard was out against Detroit the other night, and it looks like the Flyers are dealing with the flu bug right now (Briere being included in that).

I thought Briere was out with a groin injury.

I'm not sure about the groin injury, but he didn't play in their last game and the Flyers website had an article saying that he didn't practice because of the flu. Could be both.

I'd put my money on both. Either way, those are two teams that should be tough to beat. With some important players out (especially for Boston), the Sabres need to pounce on this opportunity to eke out all four points in a back-to-back weekend.

Yeah I would love to see us win back-to-back games for once. Either way I think we might have some trouble with whatever game Enroth plays in.

I don't see Enroth doing too well unless the team keeps the shot totals down to under 30 like tonight.

I think Enroth might do well with a 32 or 33 shot night...his style of play seems to be a poor man's Ryan Miller.

I hope so, I haven't seen much of him, so I hope he steps up and steals the game he plays in. Really I'd much rather see the entire team not have to rely on him though to win.

Much like the team has done recently.

Well, if they can play the defense they played tonight - whereas Ryan only had four MUST-SAVE situations - then Enroth will be fine, and so will the Sabres.

How they play Friday will be a big indicator to me how they play Saturday.

TSN.ca says he's out with a groin injury...but who knows. The flu might be keeping him out longer than expected.

Bring up a goalie from the minor leagues because our backup is out with a groin injury? What on earth are they thinking...

play a goalie whos kind of sucking it up in the AHL in an NHL game. sure, Miller could use a rest and yes it give Enroth experience but at the moment it seems like a throw away game.
