Happy Birthday!!! Without the Sabres I would not be the grizzled veteran of sports let downs and disappointments that I am today. Without the entire 1980s, the playoff pretenders of the early '90s, the no-goal, the Rigas scandal, four injured d-men in game seven at Carolina, and the Ottawa Senators OWNING my team, I wouldn't have the slightest clue about overcoming adversity, getting up from a punch, and coming back for a harder punch.

There's nothing like knowing how to handle failure...THANKS SABRES!!!
